Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
Once your order is processed we can not change or modify orders. Please email contactus@skinnedcare.com with your order number as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order, and a member of our customer support team will assist you.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated shipping address.
For Desktop: At any point during checkout, you can enter your promo code. On the right side of the page, below your itemized order summary, enter your code in the space that says "Promo Code" and click “Submit".
For Mobile: Select "Show Order Summary & Promo Code" on your checkout page. When the section opens, enter your code in the space that says "Promo Code" and click “submit".
*Only one promo code can be used per order.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Once you place your order, it will take 1-2 business days to process. Orders placed after 12PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) or weekends will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a notification email with a link to tracking information when your package ships.

We offer free shipping over $50 within the U.S. We also ship internationally to most countries, with rates quoted at check out. Options for expedited shipping available at checkout, otherwise send us an email at contactus@skinnedcare.com if you need more help.
Due to the nature of our organic products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. Please contactus@skinnedcare.com if you have any concerns.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please email us at contactus@skinnedcare.com once your order has been placed.
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us your order number and a photo of the items to contactus@skinnedcare.com within 3 days of receiving for further assistance.

SKINNED is an all-inclusive skincare line engineered with responsibly sourced, nutrient-dense, and organic ingredients. We promote radical transparency, meaning that you have a right to know what you are putting on your skin, how it is made, and where it comes from. We generate our formulas with the intention to synchronize the power of the mind, body, and soul with mother nature’s many gifts.
With conscious sustainability and a love for animals being at the core of our foundation, we are devoted to changing the fundamental principles of the beauty industry by creating clean, sustainable products while fighting the ideology of the need to test on animals. We take pride in being cruelty-free with a belief that all beings should be respected. This is why we never test on animals and only use ethically sourced vegan ingredients.
We strive to use sustainable, recycled, and biodegradable materials whenever possible. Our boxes and postcards are made from FSC certified paper sourced from a socially responsible and environmentally friendly forest management, where they replant a tree for every tree cut. Shipping boxes, tape, and fillings are biodegradable-please dispose of the packaging thoughtfully. Needless to say, we think about the details.
Natural

We can assure you that all of our formulations are crafted with nature-derived ingredients. Scented and preserved with organic essential oils & plant extracts. Never will we use synthetic ingredients. Occasionally we feel comfortable sourcing from suppliers who do not have their organic certification even thought no questionable chemicals are used to produce the crops and raw materials. This allows us to purchase from small farms and co-ops throughout the world. In some cases, an ingredient supports an entire community and in others it provides opportunities for additional income.
Vegan

Vegan means we don't use anything that comes from an animal in any of our products. Not even honey.
Cruelty-Free

We love animals as much as we love Mother Earth so they always will be an important factor in our formulation decisions. We will NEVER test on animals or use animal bi-products.
Our skincare has been formulated for use on all skin types, all genders. To be 110% sure our product will work for you and your skin, we always recommend to do a patch test on a small area of your skin. If there is any irritation, discontinue use of the product.
Because of the nature of our ingredients, they typically have a shelf life of 12 months upon opening. Each product may vary so be sure to check the labels for shelf life directions.
Try to keep the products away from direct sunlight and store at room temperature.
Our red palm oil is ethically sourced from small family farms in Ecuador. These farms were planted many years ago and are now being worked by second and thirds generation families. Orangutans do NOT live in Ecuador and the red palm oil we use does NOT contribute to deforestation or habitat destruction. Our solemn promise.
We source our mica from a European supplier who became aware of the link between mica and child-labor early on and has been systematically fight it ever since. They are a member of the Responsible Mica Initiative and apart from rigorously controlling their own supply chain through inspections and audits, they have been supporting on-the-ground initiatives to build schools and health centers in India.
All of our products are safe during pregnancy and nursing.
Our products are made and tested for all skin types with 100% natural ingredients. We suggest you give it about a week or two to see results as it takes that amount of time for your skin to get used to a product. That being said, if you are concerned your skin may have a reaction, we always recommend to do a patch test on a small area of your skin. If there is any irritation, discontinue use of the product.
Our products are formulated in New York, and made at our organic factory partner in New Jersey. We source our ingredients from verified sustainable and ethical partners around the world.
